Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Az Zaqzq for a Senior Medical Sales Representative who will act as a Supervisor. The role involves leading medical sales activities, supervising a team, ensuring sales targets are achieved, and building strong relationships with clients. Additionally, the candidate will provide exceptional customer service, engage healthcare professionals, and promote company products effectively. The role also involves staying updated on medical and pharmaceutical advancements relevant to the product portfolio.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Medical Sales and a strong understanding of selling techniques and strategies.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sound knowledge in fields such as Medicine and Pharmacy relevant to the company's products.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in supervising and mentoring teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Medicine, Pharmacy, or Veterinary Science is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is an advantage.
