Role Overview
This role provides operational and administrative support, focusing on file management, document coordination, deadline tracking, and client follow-ups, while working closely with a Senior Paralegal to ensure cases run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize client files and supporting documentation
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and case progress
- Follow up with clients for documents and missing information
- Prepare document bundles and checklists for internal review
- Coordinate administrative communication with external counsel
- Support internal audits and file quality checks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 36 years experience in a senior administrative or executive assistant role
- Excellent written and spoken English
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Professional, reliable, and discreet
