Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator with a strong background in the real estate industry to oversee and coordinate administrative operations across all departments. The role requires close collaboration with HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management to ensure seamless internal processes, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the company
  • Establish, implement, and maintain administrative systems, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure smooth coordination and communication between all departments
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with HR on onboarding, employee records, attendance, and policy implementation
  • Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, payments, petty cash, budgets, and vendor management
  • Support Sales & Marketing teams with documentation, approvals, contracts, and CRM coordination
  • Work closely with Operations & Management to support business objectives and reporting
  • Handle real estaterelated documentation including SPA, booking forms, NOCs, and client records
  • Ensure compliance with RERA, developer regulations, and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate records of projects, approvals, and regulatory documentation
  • Prepare administrative reports for management review
  • Ensure company compliance with UAE laws, labor regulations, and internal governance
  • Coordinate with external service providers, consultants, and government authorities

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 46 years of experience in administration, preferably within real estate or property development
  • Proven experience coordinating across HR, Finance, Sales, and Marketing departments
  • Strong knowledge of real estate documentation and UAE regulatory processes
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and administrative systems (ERP/CRM is an advantage)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
