Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work on the development and execution of Breadfast media strategy
- Focus on non-supplier acquisition and revenue generation through direct sales.
- Build relationships with key non-suppliers and existing suppliers.
- Help identify new revenue streams and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop innovative monetization strategies and ensure long-term sustainability of media revenues.
- Manage contracts, handle tax issues related to sales, ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
- Provide excellent customer support, manage customer complaints, improve the user experience, help reduce churn rates, and support upsell and cross-sell strategies.
- Work with higher management on budgeting and forecasting, monitor revenue and profitability, ensure that monetization efforts align with financial goals.
- Research competitive pricing strategies, conduct market studies, define pricing tiers or models, and adjust pricing as needed.
- Run media campaigns and implement monetization features
- Work on optimizing customer experience related to payments, pricing, and user onboarding.
- Conduct A/B testing to fine-tune monetization features (pricing changes, promotions, etc.)
- Handle backend implementation with product/Tech team.
- Conduct end of campaign report & analysis.
- Assist in analyzing data and user behavior to support revenue growth and identify areas of improvement.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Advertising Sales or a relevant field.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Strong understanding of monetization strategies and ability to improve them.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
