Role Overview
The role requires a Senior AI Engineer with 812 years of experience, including at least 3 years in AI systems, to design, build, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade AI agents and multi-agent systems that automate corporate processes across HR, Finance, M&A, and other enterprise functions.
The successful candidate will translate consultant-defined workflows into production-ready, agentic systems using modern LLM frameworks and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agent Development
- Design and implement autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents.
- Build multi-agent orchestration systems (supervisor-worker pattern).
- Implement:
- Tool-using agents
- Function-calling agents
- Memory-enabled agents
- Event-driven workflows
2. Workflow Automation
- Convert consultant process blueprints into:
- Stateful AI workflows
- API-driven automations
- Task orchestration pipelines
- Integrate AI agents with:
- HRMS systems
- ERP systems
- Document management systems
- Email and communication platforms
3. LLM & RAG Engineering
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.
- Design vector search systems.
- Optimize prompts and system instructions.
- Implement guardrails and structured outputs (JSON schema validation).
- Develop evaluation frameworks for agent performance.
4. Production Engineering
- Deploy scalable services using:
- Docker, Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines
- Implement logging, monitoring, and observability.
- Ensure enterprise security and role-based access control.
