Role Description
The Senior AI / ML Engineer (Voice & LLM Specialist) will focus on designing, developing, and deploying voice recognition systems and large language models. Responsibilities include developing cutting-edge machine learning models, expertise in open-source LLMs and voice-based AI solutions, including STT and TTS systems, enhancing AI-powered voice and language technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and fine-tune open-source LLMs
- Develop voice-based AI solutions using STT and TTS
- Build scalable APIs and analytics pipelines
- Deploy and manage AI models on cloud infrastructure
- Implement DevOps and MLOps practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
- Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building intelligent AI/ML solutions
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms to design and optimize systems
- Competence in Statistics and data analysis to derive insights and validate models
- Experience in deploying voice and language AI / ML systems
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Expertise in open-source LLMs, STT, and TTS
- Strong API and DevOps experience
- Ability to collaborate within a team as well as work independently
- Experience with cloud ecosystem platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is advantageous
