As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a visionary Engineering Manager to lead our technical teams and bridge the gap between complex logistics and cutting-edge AI.
The Role
We need a Senior AI Product Manager who is a builder-strategist. You will lead the charge in defining how AI creates ROI for Fincart and our merchants. You will own the vision for intelligent agent layers, omni-channel automation, and AI-driven growth tools. This is a role for someone who can look at a complex problem and see exactly how an LLM or a predictive model can solve it at scale.
What You'll Do
- You will be the architect of our AI journey. You'll identify high-impact opportunities to leverage AI across our platform and turn them into a clear, executable roadmap.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven communication layers that live where our merchants areWhatsApp, Instagram, and beyond.
- Develop AI strategies for Customer Value Management (CVM) to proactively support merchant success and platform stickiness.
- Stay hands-on with LLM selection and prompt engineering to ensure our AI is accurate, safe, and provides a human-level experience.
- Bridge the gap between Engineering, Growth, and Operations to ensure AI solutions are technically sound and business-critical.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of shipping AI/ML or automated communication products.
- You don't just follow a list of tasks; you have the seniority to build a product vision from scratch.
- Deep familiarity with the WhatsApp/Meta ecosystem, chat agent design, and omni-channel support flows.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.) and the art of Prompt Engineering. You understand RAG and how to ground AI in specific business data.
- You are obsessed with ROI. You know how to measure the success of an AI initiative through data and impact on the bottom line.
- Experience in logistics, fintech, or the Shopify ecosystem is a huge advantage.
