Role Description
This is an on-site contract role based in Sharjah for a Senior Aircraft Parts Sales Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation parts trading. It is a senior-level position responsible for driving sales of aviation parts. Leveraging extensive industry experience, this specialist will engage key stakeholders across the aviation sector, including airlines, MROs (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul organizations), and parts distributors.
This role requires mastery of the full sales cyclemanaging complex customer inquiries, negotiating terms, and closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate will have a robust network within the industry, ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards (such as FAA/EASA), and possess a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute the complete sales cycle for aviation parts and components.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with airlines, MROs, and distributors.
Ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of parts orders while adhering to all aviation regulatory standards.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Education and Qualifications:
Degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Industry certifications (FAA, EASA) are advantageous.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation parts sales, aftermarket components, or a directly related role within the commercial or military aviation aftermarket.
Deep understanding of the aviation supply chain, including rotables and expendables.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Strong network of contacts within airlines, MRO facilities, or distribution channels.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of aviation parts and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize effectively.
