We are hiring for the role of Senior Analyst - Corporate Compliance, where in you will be responsible for supporting implementation and maintenance of QDs corporate compliance framework.
- An Ideal candidate ( Qatarization) should have min. 4 years of experience in compliance or risk management role.
- He/ She should be a bachelor&aposs degree holder in business administration or similar discipline.
- He/ She should have good communication skills - both verbal and written and should be well versed in MS office.
Compliance Monitoring
- Understand QDs compliance obligations and assist in the preparation and sustainability of QDs compliance framework.
- Provide support and advice to the management on the adequacy of proposed controls designed to maintain compliance.
- Assist in facilitation of regular Control self-assessment signoffs by management
- Performing spot checks and assisting in clearing counterparties to ensure QD is compliant with Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Funding legislation.
Management of Compliance Breaches:
- Maintaining a compliance register of breaches, potential breaches, and resolutions.
- Assisting in following up action required to return QD to being compliant
Reporting
- Assisting in drafting reports on compliance breaches to management, ARC, GRC and the board.
