JOB PURPOSE
Assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports to support the management in decision making & forward planning.
Qualifications and Education:
- 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- BA Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong Organization & Multi-Tasking Skills
- Orientation to detail and ability to perform in a high pace environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviewing and analyzing commercial performance (top line, brand & margins, discounts) to drive decision making
- Assisting with budgeting and monthly closing processes to identify variances and drive actions
- Assisting stakeholders with ad hoc and regular reports to drive decisions.
