We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst - PMO Reporting (10 Months Contract Role) for one of our very well-known client, to be based in their Dubai office.

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to ensure accurate, timely, and standardized reporting across the PMO (Project Management Office) portfolio. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting templates, validating data quality, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with PMO governance requirements. This position plays a critical role in enabling informed decision-making by providing clear, consistent, and actionable reporting outputs for senior leadership and project teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain standardized reporting templates for PMO portfolio performance.
  • Ensure templates meet governance requirements and stakeholder needs.
  • Automate reporting processes where feasible to improve efficiency.
  • Continuously review and update templates based on feedback and evolving PMO standards.
  • Validate data inputs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reports
  • Identify and correct blind spots, omissions, and inconsistencies in project data.
  • Implement checks to ensure compliance with PMO governance and PPM Manual standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data issues promptly.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements and expectations.
  • Provide guidance on reporting standards and compliance with PMO governance.
  • Act as a point of contact for reporting-related queries and support adoption of reporting processes.
  • Facilitate alignment between PMO and business units for accurate information flow.
  • Prepare accurate and timely content for governance, board, and committee presentations.
  • Ensure reporting outputs align with agreed cadence, thresholds, and PMO governance requirements.
  • Support PMO in sharing information for decision-making and performance monitoring.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced capability in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and governance materials.
  • Experience working with PMO and PPM systems (e.g. project planning, portfolio tracking, resource or financial modules) or similar enterprise delivery platforms.
  • Exposure to automation, scripting, or low-code tools is an advantage, but not essential.
