Job Description

We are currently hiring a Senior Analyst - PMO Solutions for our client in Dubai, one of the leading global infrastructure operators in the world. They are responsible for managing large-scale, high-volume transport and mobility assets, and supporting international connectivity and economic growth.

The Senior Analyst PMO Solutions supports the implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of the Project Portfolio Management (P3M) system across the organisation.

The role acts as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure business requirements are accurately captured, tested, delivered, and aligned with PMO governance standards.

This position is a long-term contract role and is renewable based on performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Eliciting, documenting, and validating functional and technical requirements for P3M solutions.
  • Coordinating with vendors to manage delivery timelines, quality assurance, and system testing.
  • Leading QA/QC activities to ensure system functionality meets business and governance needs.
  • Developing and delivering user training and providing post-implementation support to drive adoption.
  • Supporting PMO governance through accurate reporting and input to management and committee presentations.
  • Engage stakeholders to assess PMO processes, identify gaps, and capture functional and technical requirements.
  • Develop process maps and validate requirements to ensure alignment with PMO governance standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the vendor to manage solution delivery, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Lead system testing, QA/QC activities, and proactively manage risks and issues impacting delivery or functionality.
  • Develop and deliver user training materials and sessions to support effective system adoption.
  • Provide post-implementation support, gather user feedback, and recommend usability improvements.
  • Support governance, board, and committee reporting with accurate and compliant system outputs.
  • Enable effective information sharing for PMO reporting and decision-making.

Skills & requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience with PMO
  • Vendor management experience implementing software systems
  • Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Experience in PPM will be an advantage
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-collaboration skills
  • Ability to work across technical and business teams
  • Very strong analytical skills
