Responsibilities
- Must have experience that demonstrates a strong background in application administration skills using various technologies.
- The candidate should havestrong organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently and as a team player.
- Must have administrative experience with OpenLayers, GeoServer, Bootstrap, SQL Server, Oracle, ArcGIS, etc.
- Collaborate with stakeholders within ISD and other departments to ensure systems meet organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Oversee and enforce best practices to ensure theintegrity, security, and availability of data and applications within the enterprise environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, software development project management methodologies (e.g., AGILE), and designtools is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with managers are required.
- Analytical and hardware/software troubleshooting skills are required.
- Serve as the SME fordiagnosing and resolving complex application and system issues.
- Perform lead/supervisor dutiesas and whenassigned.
- Lead the administration, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise and GIS-based applications to ensurestability, security, and performance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and application architecture.
- Participate in capacity planning, change management, and upgrade strategies to enhance system performance and
- scalability.
Qualification / Education
- Bachelor in IT or relevant
- Relevance willbe reviewed andconfirmed by ISD in linewith technical competencies of the applicant.
Experience
- Overall, 12 years of experience as an administrator into .Net technology and GIS Data Management applications/ tools.
- 5 years of experience with developing in multiple languages/protocols (ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, XML, Python, PHP, JSON, HTML5)
- At least 2 years'experience of applications/tools for GIS DataManagement.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Solid experience withdata modeling, business logic, and RESTful APIs.
