PURPOSE OF JOB:
To assist in performing functional consulting services related to ITS core products and that
includes projects implementations.
Job Description
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- To assist seniors in advising the client on means to close requirements and application gaps and to assist in providing information and knowledge about the system under implementation.
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- To assist in presales activities including demos, workshops, conferences and proposals
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Managing multiple cases at one time.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged.
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to software developers.
- Track issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
- Diagnose, research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to software issues.
Education & Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in the specific industry
- DB and programing knowledge is a must.
