Role Description
The Senior Arch BIM Engineer will manage and oversee the development of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and related architectural designs for various infrastructure projects. Responsibilities will include creating and managing BIM models, coordinating construction drawings, collaborating on MEP designs, and providing technical guidance across architecture and civil engineering disciplines. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Giza.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies and software
- Ability to create and manage detailed Construction Drawings and MEP coordination
- Strong background in Architecture and hands-on experience in architectural design workflows
- Knowledge of Construction Engineering principles as applied to infrastructure projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Proficiency in relevant design and modeling software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks)
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field
