About the Role
Lead architectural design and execution across residential and commercial developments at 1XL Infra and Real Estate Development LLC. You will manage projects from concept to handover, ensure authority approvals, and drive high design and construction standards aligned with UAE regulations.
Success in This Role
- Deliver authority approved designs without delays
- Ensure site execution matches approved drawings and quality benchmarks
- Manage budgets, timelines, and consultant coordination with discipline
- Lead junior architects and maintain high design standards across projects
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural plans, layouts, elevations, working drawings, and 3D walkthroughs
- Design residential and commercial projects independently
- Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues
- Lead coordination with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants
- Manage submissions and approvals with Dubai Municipality, DDA, and Civil Defence
- Review BOQs, tender documents, and technical specifications
- Oversee project lifecycle from feasibility to final handover
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety, and quality standards
- Guide and review work of junior architects and draftsmen
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of UAE or Gulf experience
- Strong expertise in planning, 3D design, and execution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Strong site coordination and authority approval experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
