Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Network, Security, Collaboration, and Contact Center Architect to join our design and architecture team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the overall IT architecture for our bank, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security. This role requires extensive experience in designing and managing complex IT environments, including network infrastructure, security solutions, collaboration platforms, and contact center systems. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and enhance our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Architecture and Design:

  • Develop and maintain the overall IT architecture for the bank, covering network infrastructure, security solutions, collaboration platforms, and contact center systems.
  • Design and implement advanced network solutions, including routing, switching, and ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure).
  • Architect and implement comprehensive security solutions, covering network security, endpoint security, data protection, and compliance.
  • Design and manage collaboration solutions, including voice, video, and messaging platforms.
  • Architect and implement contact center solutions, ensuring high availability, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all designs and architectures align with business objectives, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Technical Expertise:

  • Oversee the design and implementation of network infrastructure, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, and STP.
  • Develop and implement security architectures, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, DLP, and endpoint protection.
  • Design and manage collaboration platforms, such as Cisco Unified Communications, Microsoft Teams, and other relevant solutions.
  • Architect and implement contact center solutions, such as Cisco Contact Center, Genesys, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensure the integration and interoperability of various systems and platforms within the overall IT architecture.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful project completion.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues and obstacles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to ensure the successful implementation of IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders regarding project status, technical issues, and proposed solutions.
  • Participate in executive meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for network, security, collaboration, and contact center technologies.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to IT infrastructure and architecture.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, driving continuous enhancement of IT infrastructure and processes.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security, reliability, and performance of IT architecture.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • CCIE certification is a must.
  • CCDE certification is preferable.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, ITIL) are highly desirable.
  • 15+ years of experience in network, security, collaboration, and contact center design and architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior architect role.

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive experience with network technologies, including routing, switching, and ACI from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, and Arista.
  • Strong knowledge of security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, DLP, and endpoint protection.
  • Proficiency in collaboration platforms, including voice, video, and messaging solutions (e.g., Cisco Unified Communications, Microsoft Teams).
  • Experience with contact center solutions, including design and implementation (e.g., Cisco Contact Center, Genesys).
  • In-depth knowledge of network management and monitoring tools.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their integration with on-premises infrastructure.
