We are seeking an experienced S. Design Architect to lead the design team and manage the full architectural design process from concept to design. The ideal candidate will combine strong creative vision with technical expertise and leadership skills. ( Willingness to relocate to New Damietta. )
Key responsibility :
- Lead architectural design development for interior and exterior works.
- Oversee concept creation, design development, and detailed drawing packages.
- Ensure all designs are creative, functional, and technically buildable.
- Supervise and guide Junior Architectural Engineers.
- Distribute tasks and monitor deadlines and performance.
- Review and approve all drawings and models before final submission.
- Lead the team within a BIM environment using Autodesk Revit.
- Ensure proper coordination with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Maintain model accuracy, drawing extraction quality, and technical consistency.
- Apply and monitor BIM standards across all projects.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
- Review materials, finishes, and architectural details to maintain project quality.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 8 years of experience in architectural design (Residential ) cv more than 10 y will not be reviewed .
- Strong hands-on BIM experience (Revit is mandatory).
- Proven experience supervising or leading a design team.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Excellent presentation, visualization, and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to New Damietta.
