Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic engineering team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, overseeing project development from conception to completion, and ensuring all designs meet client specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a strong background in architectural engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professional in architectural and interior Design of construction project.
- Professional in rendering and 3D work.
- Familiar with the material selection and preparing mood boards and presentations.
- Play an active role in coaching and training team members.
- Provide accurate and timely report to the management.
- Manage team performance with regular reviews and feedback.
- Provide the team members with clear deliverables and direction.
- Provide input to the Department Action plan.
- Actively contribute to the continuous development of the Section/ Department.
- View preliminary and final design & drawing and coordinate with other disciplines for function, clearances, and final design selection to ensure the validity of the course of work.
- Provide leadership and assign the design job functions to designated designers and supervise their efforts in completing the project on time and within budget.
- Participate in technical meetings and facilitating solutions to technical problems in a timely and professional manner Participate in coordination meetings regarding projects, whether with clients or support engineers from inside and outside the organization.
- Provide value engineering for designs and finding better ways to develop drawings and reduce costs.
- Provide technical support to the team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
- Minimum of 812 years of experience in the design of construction and infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in building design (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and international standards.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
- BIM experience is an advantage.
- Professional certification from the Saudi Council of Engineers is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
