Senior Architect

The Senior Architect role is designed for an experienced professional who independently manages large-scale architectural projectsincluding hospitality developmentsand is able to run multiple projects in parallel. The role encompasses significant responsibilities in design innovation, commercial management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.

Education and Training:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Advanced design skills with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling tools.
• Membership with UAE Society of Engineers or relevant professional bodies is desirable.

Experience:

• Minimum of 9-12 years of architectural experience, with a strong track record in UAE-based projects.
• Hospitality project background is required, with proven experience delivering hotel, resort, or mixed-use hospitality developments.
• Experience in commercial management, stakeholder relations, and project reporting.
