Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect Designer at Majed Harasani Architects. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects from concept through completion, defining project requirements, scope, and timelines, and translating client needs into design concepts and technical solutions. The role involves developing architectural layouts, plans, and presentations, coordinating design intent with consultants and engineers, reviewing drawings and technical documentation, supervising project progress, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders while maintaining high design quality across all project stages.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architectural Design and Project Management
• Experience with Indesign and Autocad Software Development and Integration
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Knowledge of relevant architectural software and tools
• Knowledge of local regulations and codes
• Knowledge of permit submissions and dealing with Municipality
• Strong understanding of design development and technical documentation
• Ability to handle projects from concept through detailed design stages
• Experience coordinating with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong presentation and visualization skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• High level of design sensitivity and spatial awareness
• Saudi citizenship is required

Salary

13,500 SR per month
