Job Title: Senior Architect Fit-Out

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Architect Fit-Out with experience in luxury hotel projects. The role ensures all architectural requirements are coordinated and executed to achieve the design intent, maintain high-quality standards, and meet project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fit-out design and execution for luxury hotel interiors, delivering innovative and functional solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams.
- Communicate design concepts effectively with clients and incorporate feedback.
- Ensure technical accuracy and feasibility, coordinating with engineering teams.
- Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with standards, codes, and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in luxury hotel fit-out design.
- Support HSE initiatives and site safety compliance.
Job Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of fit-out architectural design, especially for luxury hotels.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Leadership and mentoring skills.
- Creativity to develop practical, elegant design solutions.
- ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years overall experience, with at least 5 years in fit-out projects for luxury hotels.
- GCC experience is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
