We are recruiting for an international architecture and design firm with projects spanning Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The Dubai studio is expanding its team to meet the demands of their growing portfolio of high-profile hospitality & residential projects.
I am looking to speak to Senior Architects with a passion for design excellence, a strong technical foundation, and the ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects from concept through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and project delivery for large-scale developments, including high-rise towers, integrated mixed-use communities, and ultra-luxury residential schemes
- Collaborate with international and regional teams to ensure alignment with the firm's design vision and project standards
- Manage multidisciplinary consultant coordination, local authority approvals, and technical documentation
- Oversee junior team members, provide mentorship, and ensure quality control at every stage
- Represent the firm in client meetings, presentations, and stakeholder workshops
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in the Middle East (UAE experience preferred)
- Proven track record of leading large-scale and luxury projects from concept to construction
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design and technical excellence
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite; knowledge of BIM workflows is essential
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
