We are looking for Highly educated creative (Senior Architect / Interior Designer)to join A___STUDIO and take a leading role in the design and delivery of refined, high-end projects.
You will create designs, guide teams, manage clients, and ensure quality across every stage of the design process.
This is a key position for someone who is passionate, responsible, and aligned with our vision of architectural excellence and purposeful design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture or interior projects from concept to completion
- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings) for clients
- Create, Review and supervise drawings, detailing, and documentation
- Manage design teams and ensure design integrity
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams
- Contribute to design strategy and studio culture
- Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
- Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
- Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
- Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
- Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of Architecture/Interior design,
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, Indesign or Similar.
- Creative and Passionate about the job is a must.
- Strong portfolio.
- Deep understanding of materials, detailing, and project execution
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to create High quality renders.
- Ability to create complete working drawing packages.
- Strong creative and communication skills.
