James Cubitt MENA is seeking experienced Senior Architects to join our Design Team in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong design capability combined with leadership and coordination skills, suitable for professionals who can guide teams and deliver complex projects within a consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably with reputed engineering consultancy firms in the UAE.
• Demonstrated experience in the design and development of high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, and large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture for design development and production of coordinated architectural deliverables.
• Solid understanding of UAE building codes, authority regulations, and approval processes.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and support Design Managers in achieving project milestones.
