About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to take a leading role within the architectural team, guiding the design and delivery of complex, innovative, and sustainable projects. This position requires someone who can confidently manage the full design cyclefrom initial concept through detailed design and constructionwhile maintaining exceptional quality and design integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and delivery of innovative, sustainable architectural projects.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to build strong relationships and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee all stages of project development, ensuring design excellence, timely delivery, and adherence to budget requirements.
- Develop detailed project proposals, including resource planning, timelines, and fee structures.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, supporting a culture of design growth and continuous improvement.
- Review and approve drawings, design packages, and technical specifications.
- Ensure all work meets rigorous standards for quality, safety, and sustainability.
- Stay up to date with global design trends, advanced technologies, and industry developments, integrating relevant innovations into project work.
About You
- Masters degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience with strong exposure to complex, large-scale projects.
- Deep knowledge of architectural building systems and construction processes.
- Strong design communication skills, including Revit and Rhino.
- Proven experience leading project teams and managing project delivery.
- High proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and coordinate across disciplines.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, international team environment.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
