We're Hiring: Senior Architect Real Estate Development

Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale real estate developments. This role requires strong architectural leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to translate commercial objectives into high-quality, compliant, and visually compelling developments.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Technical Leadership
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of large-scale real estate projects from inception to completion
- Produce high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and presentations using industry-leading tools such as Revit, Rhino, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and BIM platforms
- Oversee architectural drawings, technical documentation, and design specifications
- Ensure all designs comply with regulatory, sustainability, and safety standards
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage multi-million to billion-dollar project scopes, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with developers, investors, contractors, consultants, and government authorities
- Present design concepts and progress updates to senior leadership and external partners
- Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior architects and designers
Strategic & Commercial Insight
- Translate business objectives into architectural solutions that maximise value and ROI
- Evaluate feasibility studies, site analysis, and master planning requirements
- Contribute to long-term development strategies and portfolio planning
- Identify design risks and propose innovative, cost-effective solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of architectural experience, including at least 5 years in large-scale real estate development
- Proven experience delivering projects valued in the hundreds of millions or billions
- Expert proficiency in 3D modelling, BIM, and visualisation software
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and engineering principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional licensure (RIBA, AIA, or equivalent) preferred
Preferred Experience
- Mega projects such as mixed-use developments, high-rise towers, master-planned communities, hospitality, or commercial complexes
- Experience working in the Middle East, Asia, or other high-growth real estate markets
- Familiarity with sustainable design frameworks such as LEED, WELL, or Estidama
