Senior Architect

Senior Architect Key Responsibilities :

Act as the main architectural point of contact for client modification requests and approvals.

Review architectural drawings, proposals, and NOC submissions in compliance with project guidelines.

Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure accurate execution and timely issue resolution.

Manage unit handover readiness, inspections, and snag closure prior to client delivery.

Handle post-handover architectural issues, damages, and client concerns until proper resolution.

Review and approve designs for the company's projects.

Coordinate landscape design submissions and approvals after handover.

Support architectural coordination.

Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and professional client communication.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch.) is required; a master's in architecture or related field (M.Arch) is preferred.

Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in architectural design and project coordination.

Software Skills:

Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Revit (or similar BIM software) for architectural drafting and modelling.

Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) for report preparation and design presentations.
