Aquis Search is partnering with a leading global law firm that is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate for its Corporate M&A team in the UAE.

The Role

This position offers exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions, including private and public M&A, joint ventures, capital markets, restructurings, and general corporate advisory work. The successful candidate will work closely with highly regarded partners and colleagues across the firm's international offices, gaining visibility on significant cross-border mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on major M&A and joint venture transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships at senior levels.
• Leading elements of complex transactions with appropriate supervision.
• Supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior team members.

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years PQE (England & Wales qualified or equivalent).
• Strong technical and commercial experience in corporate transactional work.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and deliver high-quality advice.
• Skilled in building, strengthening, and managing relationships with key existing clients while actively developing new client opportunities.
• Commitment to build a long-term career in the Middle East.
