Role Overview:

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Associate – Audit & Assurance to join our team in the UAE. This role focuses on leading and executing audits for clients with complex structures, providing high-quality insights, and ensuring compliance with international and UAE accounting standards.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Hands-on experience with complex consolidations
• Strong background in group audits, including coordination with component auditors across multiple jurisdictions
• Solid understanding of Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR)
• Experience in the UAE market (international experience a plus, but only UAE-based candidates will be considered)
• Experience auditing Real Estate and Construction sector clients

Role Highlights:

• Lead and execute group audits for clients with complex structures
• Evaluate and test internal controls to ensure reliable financial reporting
• Work closely with cross-border teams and diverse stakeholders
• Provide high-quality audit insights aligned with international standards

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong audit background of at least 4 years
• Strong understanding of IFRS Accounting Standards and UAE regulatory requirements
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and confident handling complex engagements
• Professional qualification: ACCA / CPA / CA (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
