The Senior Associate, Content Creator - Video & Social Media will be responsible for developing and producing engaging video content that supports ADSS's digital and social media presence. The role focuses on translating market insights, brand messaging and trading-related themes into compelling, platform-appropriate video content for channels such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. Working closely with marketing and brand teams, the Senior Associate will help strengthen ADSS's online visibility by creating content that educates, engages and grows its digital audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create and produce engaging video content tailored for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
  • Produce daily short-form videos covering market updates, financial news and trading insights, delivering timely content that reflects fast-moving market developments.
  • Monitor market events and social trends and quickly develop video content in response to breaking news or market volatility.
  • Develop long-form educational videos and explainers that simplify complex financial topics and support audience growth across digital platforms.
  • Translate financial news, trading insights and product features into clear, engaging and accessible video content for a broad audience.
  • Create visually engaging explainer videos using motion graphics, animations and on-screen visual elements to make educational trading content clear and compelling.
  • Film, edit and produce video content using mobile devices and professional editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
  • Utilise AI-powered video tools (e.g., Synthesia or similar platforms) to scale video production and support multilingual or avatar-based content where appropriate.
  • Optimise videos for each platform by applying best practices for format, captions, length and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters and the wider marketing team to develop scripts, storyboards and supporting visual assets.
  • Present creative concepts, content ideas and video strategies to stakeholders.
  • Support product launches, campaigns and brand initiatives through educational and promotional video content.
  • Assist with the production of podcasts and other multimedia projects when required.
  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, from concept development through filming, editing and final delivery.

Experience:

  • Strong storytelling ability with a clear understanding of what performs well on social media.
  • Excellent understanding of platforms such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram and how content performs across them.
  • Highly proactive and self-driven, with the ability to own and lead video production initiatives in the company, identifying opportunities and bringing new content ideas from concept to delivery.
  • Comfortable presenting on camera and creating content where the creator may act as the host or presenter.
  • Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable creating high-quality mobile-first content using smartphones and accessible tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent brand standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and make colleagues comfortable when participating in video content.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and comfortable travelling occasionally to Dubai to support filming, content creation and team collaboration when required.

Skills and competencies

  • 35 years of experience in video content creation for social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok or Instagram.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic, with the ability to create and present content in both languages.
  • Experience within the financial services, trading, fintech or investment industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in growing or managing social media channels through engaging video content.
  • Experience translating complex topics into simple, engaging and educational content formats.
  • Portfolio showcasing video content across social media platforms.
  • Experience supporting podcast production or multimedia projects is a plus.
