What You'll Be Doing
The Senior Associate - Digital Learning plays a critical role in ensuring the effective execution, coordination and continuous improvement of the Digital Academy. The role has a strong focus on operational leadership, learning data management, and process optimisation.
The position acts as a key operational anchor for the Digital Learning function.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Academy Operational Leadership
- Own the day-to-day operational management of the Digital Academy
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for learning related queries and requests
- Ensure smooth execution of digital and blended learning activities across the organisation
- Maintain high standards of LMS hygiene, accuracy and consistency
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues before escalation
Learning Data, Reporting and Governance
- Own the preparation and delivery of recurring learning reports and dashboards
- Ensure accuracy, validation and integrity of learning data
- Manage learning data trackers and reporting templates
- Respond to ad hoc learning data requests with appropriate prioritisation
- Support learning governance through accurate and timely reporting
- Enabling accurate and timely reporting for compliance learning and high priority eLearning initiatives
Stakeholder Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, trainers and subject matter experts to support learning delivery
- Manage timelines, follow ups and dependencies across learning activities
- Support communication with learners and business teams regarding learning programs
- Maintain clear visibility of learning status, risks and issues
Learning Insights and Continuous Improvement
- Compile and prepare data inputs for leadership learning reviews and insights packs
- Identify recurring trends, risks or inefficiencies in learning operations
- Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and learner experience
- Support preparation of learning insights for leadership discussions
Platform Enhancements and Operational Readiness
- Support testing, validation and rollout of platform enhancements and automations
- Conduct user acceptance testing and operational readiness checks
- Coordinate communications related to platform updates
- Escalate technical issues appropriately while ensuring minimal disruption
Process Ownership and Documentation
- Own and maintain standard operating procedures for Digital Academy operations
- Ensure documentation is current, accessible and consistently applied
- Support onboarding and knowledge transfer for new team members or stakeholders
What The Role Does NOT Own
To ensure clear accountability, the Senior Digital Learning Associate does not own:
- Learning strategy or roadmap decisions
- Platform development or coding
- Content design ownership
- Final leadership insights interpretation or executive presentations
The role focuses on
operational excellence, coordination and data integrity.
Required Skills
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong experience in learning operations, coordination or reporting
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy mindset
- Experience working with learning platforms and reporting and data visualisation tools, such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Practical working knowledge of instructional design concepts to support content development and review, learning consistency and learner engagement.
- Intermediate proficiency in applying AI tools to enhance learning operations, reporting, process optimisation and learner experience
Preferred Skills
- Experience in corporate L&D, HR or capability development environments
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and learning data
- Experience supporting learning analytics or reporting
- Exposure to process improvement or operational optimisation
- Languages: Arabic is an advantage

Pivot tables, lookups, large datasets, reusable reporting templates.

Refreshing datasets, using existing dashboards, creating basic visuals, validating data.
Data cleaning, merging datasets, automating repetitive preparation steps.
Ability to write and adapt SQL queries to extract and aggregate data for reporting purposes, particularly from Learning Management Systems such as Moodle.
