We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Associate Master Planning to support the design and delivery of large-scale, high-impact master planning projects. This role plays a key part in translating vision into actionable, innovative, and sustainable development plans across diverse real estate portfolios.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external consultants to manage the full master planning lifecyclefrom visioning and land use strategy to detailed plan review and executionensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design, infrastructure, feasibility, and delivery
• Manage and review master planning outputs at all stages, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (including DMT requirements)
• Translate strategic vision into practical, high-quality development plans
• Provide design leadership, technical guidance, and problem-solving on complex projects
• Engage with senior stakeholders and present design strategies and progress updates
• Support procurement processes, including RFPs, design briefs, and consultant coordination
• Drive innovation, sustainability, and global best practices in master planning

Requirements:

• Degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, or related field
• 810 years of experience in real estate development and master planning
• Strong experience in the UAE/GCC region
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects
• Excellent design, communication, and stakeholder management skills
