Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of firm policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Plan, execute, document, and review all phases of audit engagements
Perform analytical procedures and actively participate in audit planning discussions
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure smooth coordination and timely information flow
Support Audit Managers in reviewing engagement files for quality and compliance
Provide practical recommendations to enhance client systems and operational efficiency
Supervise, train, and mentor junior auditors; review their work
Maintain accurate time records and engagement documentation
Participate in professional development programs and industry updates

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional Qualification: ACCA or semi-qualified CA preferred
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a professional audit or accounting firm
Strong understanding of audit methodologies, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in MS Office and audit tools

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet tight deadlines
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
