Connectalents, the leading recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is currently hiring a Senior B2B Account Manager in Sherton, Egypt, for a leading supply chain and manufacturing solutions provider.

Role Overview: We are looking for a high-caliber Senior B2B Account Manager who is a hybrid of a strategic partner and a growth-driven achiever. You will not only nurture and optimize our existing loyalty programs for key clients but also proactively identify and close new business opportunities to expand our market footprint.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

1. New Business Acquisition

  • Market Expansion: Proactively identify and prospect new high-value B2B clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Pitch our unique loyalty and reward value propositions to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Deal Closing: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and solution design to contract negotiation and final onboarding.

2. Client Success & Retention

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as the main Point of Contact (POC) for existing clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Program Architecture: Design and refine loyalty program mechanics (tiers, earning/redemption rules, and benefits) to align with client goals.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Analyze KPIs and customer behavior to provide actionable insights that drive program ROI.
  • Upselling/Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand the scope of current programs and introduce new solutions to existing partners.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Bridge the gap between the client and internal IT, Marketing, and Data teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
What We're Looking For (Requirements):
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in B2B Account Management or Business Development,
  • Track Record: Proven ability to acquire new enterprise-level accounts and hit sales targets.
  • Industry Savvy: understanding of loyalty programs, rewards systems, or corporate solution selling.
  • Skills: Expert negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
