Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Present and explain the company's product range and value proposition to B2B clients in the foodservice sector.
  2. Build and manage relationships with key clients such as hotels, hospitals, schools, and restaurants.
  3. Achieve sales targets by conducting regular client visits, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop a strong network within the Horeca and B2B foodservice market.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams, including supply chain and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  1. Support the training and development of junior sales team members.
  2. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
  3. Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance and client needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 57 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the foodservice or FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record in the Horeca segment or related B2B channels.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
