About the Role:
Build and maintain production-ready Python services that power AI-driven features in our CRM and case management platform. Work closely with Node.js backend and frontend engineers to deliver end-to-end AI capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop APIs and microservices to integrate ML/LLM models into production.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for model inference and training.
- Collaborate with frontend and Node.js teams to deliver AI features end-to-end.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability of Python services.
Requirements:
- Strong Python experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
- Knowledge of async programming, API design, and database integration (SQL & NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS preferred).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with AI/ML model integration and production pipelines.
- Exposure to LLMs, NLP, semantic search, or other AI applications.
- Familiarity with Node.js or full-stack services.
