Responsibilities:
- The role encompasses, but is not restricted to, the following responsibilities:
- Lead the review, coordination, and validation of BIM deliverables submitted by the contractor, ensuring compliance with the project's BEP, EIR, and related BIM standards.
- Possess a strong working knowledge of AEC software platforms (e.g., Navisworks, Revit, Civil 3D, Bentley, Dynamo, etc.) to support advanced model review and coordination tasks.
- Review and validate model content, data structure, and documentation outputs for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Respond to technical BIM queries raised by internal teams or external parties, escalating complex matters to the Resident Engineer/BIM Manager as needed.
- Coordinate and document weekly BIM review meetings with the contractor and client, ensuring actions, issues, and decisions are properly tracked.
- Assist in implementing new workflows, tools, and digital processes as directed by the Area Office
- Mentor and guide BIM Coordinators and site team members to strengthen overall BIM and digital delivery capability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- BIM Certification (BSI, BRE, or similar)
- Autodesk Certified Professional
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
