Senior BIM Engineer MEP Site

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Act as the project discipline manager for digital engineering activities, overseeing the coordination and integration of digital engineering efforts within project teams.
2. Ensure alignment with the project standards, specifications, and timelines across all digital engineering activities.
3. Create technical Requests for Information (RFIs) and / or Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to address and resolve design and technical issues, leveraging insights from BIM models and collaboration with project teams.
4. Prepare the project BIM Management Documents MIDP, Mobilization Plan, RACI Matrix, BEP and CDE protocol in line with the organization's standard and Project EIR, and ensure collaborative inputs from different stakeholders are well coordinated and embedded.
5. Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of digital engineering deliverables with project standards and specifications.
6. Ensure Project Information Model (PIM) are delivered in accordance with the agreed TIDP, MIDP, BEP and CDE protocol.
7. Generate reports and presentations to communicate key metrics, progress, and challenges to project stakeholders and management.
8. Work on the implementation and management of a Common Data Environment (CDE) to efficiently exchange project information.
9. Supervise and mentor Digital Engineering Juniors and Digital Engineering Coordinators, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
10. Represent the digital engineering discipline in cross-functional meetings, and Facilitate coordination meetings to resolve clashes and conflicts in the BIM model.

Minimum Qualification & Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
2. Proven experience 7 to 9 years in BIM implementation and management within the construction industry.
3. Expertise in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and related technologies.
4. Experience working on Autodesk ACC.
5. Strong understanding of digital engineering principles standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650).
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
