Position Overview
Hill International is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Infrastructure Engineer to join our team for a mega construction project on Egypt's North Coast. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in roads and utilities, leading BIM processes and coordinating across multidisciplinary teams in large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM Management Plans (Pre- & Post-Contract).
- Lead BIM coordination across infrastructure disciplines (roads & utilities).
- Coordinate models between consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Perform clash detection and ensure proper model integration.
- Monitor model development aligned with project schedules and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and CDE requirements.
- Maintain accurate BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare BIM reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Support design validation and construction coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- 10–12+ years of experience in BIM for infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in roads and utilities projects.
- Strong construction background is a must.
- Proficiency in:
- Civil 3D, Revit & Navisworks
- BIM tools such as AECOsim, Dynamo, Grasshopper, CostX, Synchro or similar
- Solid understanding of BIM processes, coordination, and workflows.
- Experience working on mega projects / international consultancies is preferred.
- Fluent in English & Arabic (written and spoken).
