Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical BIM Team Leader to lead coordination activities across electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on BIM experience and the ability to guide the team technically while ensuring high-quality model delivery and coordination efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM coordination for electrical systems (Power, Lighting, Low Current, Fire Alarm)
- Develop and review Revit MEP electrical models with high accuracy
- Perform and manage clash detection with other disciplines
- Review shop drawings, BIM deliverables, and as-built models
- Ensure compliance with project standards and BIM execution plans
- Support and mentor junior BIM electrical engineers
- Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve clashes and technical issues
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely project delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 11–13 years of experience in electrical design & BIM
- Strong hands-on experience in BIM coordination
- Expert in Revit MEP (Electrical) & Navisworks
- Experience using BIM 360 / ACC
- Good knowledge of electrical codes (NEC, IEC, NFPA, etc.)
- Previous experience leading a team or acting as a senior coordinator
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
