Senior BIM Mechanical Engineer

Job Description :

• Lead the development and coordination of BIM mechanical models (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting).
• Review and validate BIM deliverables in line with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and electrical teams to resolve clashes.
• Support technical office activities including shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior BIM engineers.
• Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans (BEP) and project timelines

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 58 years of relevant BIM experience in construction or consultancy projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit (Mechanical), Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Solid understanding of BIM workflows, clash detection, and coordination.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
