Job description:
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, equipment calibration, infection control, safety measures, and successful audit outcomes
- Lead and manage staff: scheduling, leave planning, performance appraisal, training, motivation, and recruitment
- Lead the branch to achieve sales targets by monitoring market trends, competition, and preparing achievement reports
- customer service delivery, resolve complaints within SLA, and ensure VIP patient care
- Oversee medical stock and supplies, monitor expiry dates, and ensure proper inventory control.
- Supervise daily operations, including financial transactions, licensing renewals, IT/LMS support, and facility maintenance.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, corporates, and associations, while maintaining strong relationships and consultative sales rapport with patients.
Education
Bachelor's degree in medicine and Surgery (Master's Clinical Pathology is a MUST).
Experience
3+ years of experience in External operations managerial positions is preferred
