Senior Broker Specialist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Broker Specialist to join our Corporate Sales team. The role is responsible for managing and developing relationships with corporate brokers and driving business growth across Medical, Motor, and General Insurance lines within the large corporate segment (non-SME).
The candidate must have strong exposure to the Saudi insurance market and experience handling corporate accounts through broker channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate insurance brokers.
- Drive new business across Medical, Motor, and General Insurance portfolios.
- Secure large corporate accounts (excluding SME segment).
- Coordinate with underwriting teams to structure competitive proposals.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value corporate deals.
- Monitor renewals, retention ratios, and portfolio profitability.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, or related field.
- 58 years of experience in insurance sales within the Saudi market.
- Strong knowledge of Medical, Motor, and General Insurance products.
- Proven experience handling corporate broker accounts (not SME).
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Existing broker network in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
