Position Overview
Amanah Teknologia is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst on a 3-month freelance contract to support ongoing digital transformation, software, and IoT initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring accurate requirement gathering, documentation, process optimization, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Analyze and document business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE).
- Prepare BRD, SRS, User Stories, and Functional Specifications.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams.
- Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies (if applicable).
- Validate solutions against requirements and support UAT.
- Provide strategic recommendations for process improvement.
- Ensure project deliverables align with scope, timeline, and objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (Senior level preferred).
- Experience in:
- Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Agile & Waterfall methodologies
- IoT and digital solutions (preferred)
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with tools such as:
- Jira / Trello / Azure DevOps
- Visio / Lucidchart
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Contract & Compensation
- 3-month fixed-term freelance agreement.
- Payment: Monthly fixed fee (to be agreed upon).
