Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Analyst, based in Qesm El Nozha, with the flexibility to work from home partially. The Senior Business Analyst will lead and execute all aspects of business analysis, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, process improvements, and operational changes. The individual will act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment. Responsibilities include identifying gaps, developing solutions, and delivering actionable recommendations to support the organization's goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis to evaluate data, trends, and business performance effectively
- Proficiency in Business Process and Business Requirements, with a strong ability to analyze workflows and translate requirements into actionable solutions
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present complex information clearly
- Experience with mentoring junior team members is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven track record in identifying and implementing process improvements and delivering business value
