Senior Business Analyst

TMC Middle East is currently engaged in a project with one of our prestigious customers in

Abu Dhabi.

We are seeking a highly capable expert to help TMC to deliver this assignment.

The engagement will be 2-3 years long. Potentially longer.

About the Role:

Position: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience: 8+ Years

Department: AI & MS Dynamics 365

Preferred: Good Communication & Diverse candidates

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, ideally in AI, data, or digital transformation environments.

Strong understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, ML models, automation workflows, APIs, etc.).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred (Added Advantage)

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including basic understanding of entities, workflows, or customization.

Exposure to GenAI ecosystems (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.).

Experience with automation tools (RPA, IPA) or process improvement methodologies.

Background in digital transformation or AI-enabled solution delivery.
