The Operation Resilience Manager is responsible for establishing, leading, and embedding a comprehensive operational resilience framework across client headquarters and all operating companies within the Generation, Transmission, and Distribution portfolios.
Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide operational resilience framework aligned with energy-sector regulations, industry standards, and organizational objectives.
Business Process Mapping (BPM) & Optimization.
Develop process inventories, AS-IS and TO-BE maps, RACI charts, and performance indicators.
Develop and maintain an Operational Risk Register derived from ERM data.
Build and manage a centralized asset, resource, and supplier register for all major systems, hardware, and vendors.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Risk Management, or related field
815 years in Operational Resilience, Risk, BCM, or related areas
Preferably in energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure sectors
Experience leading multi-entity resilience or continuity programs.
Professional certifications preferred: ISO 22301, BCM/DR (BCI/DRII), Risk (IRM/ISO 31000), BPMN, Six Sigma
