Senior Business Continuity Specialist

* End-to-end BCM implementation (policy, governance, BIA, risk assessment, strategy, plans)

* Development of BCP, IT Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, and Emergency Response Plans

* BCM testing, exercises, and simulations

* Integration of BCM with ERM, IT, and Operational Resilience

* ISO 22301 / ISO 22316 knowledge

* Familiarity with KSA BCM and resilience regulations (NRC, NCA, sector regulators)

* 2+ years hands-on BCM consulting or leadership experience
