  • Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities
    • Primary Functions
    • Driving new business development across B&I service lie in UAE
    • Identity, qualify and secure new projects opportunity.
    • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors and asset owners
    • Own revenue target and pipeline performance
    • Ensure Salesforce accuracy and active pipeline management
    • Collaborate with technical team to structure winning proposals

    • Technical Expertise
    • Strong understanding of engineering consultancy / inspection / structural review services.
    • Ability to analyze RFPs documents and define commercial strategy.
    • Capability to structure competitive profitable proposals.
    • Knowledge of UAE construction market and regulatory landscape.
    • Good relationship with Developers, consultant and contractor in UAE.

    • Business Requirements
    • Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and yearly revenue and margins targets.
    • Maintain minimum 5x-10x pipeline coverage
    • Increase wallet share within strategic accounts.
    • Report weekly sales performance, pipeline movement and blockers
    • Support pricing strategy aligned with market positions
