- Primary Functions
- Driving new business development across B&I service lie in UAE
- Identity, qualify and secure new projects opportunity.
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors and asset owners
- Own revenue target and pipeline performance
- Ensure Salesforce accuracy and active pipeline management
- Collaborate with technical team to structure winning proposals
- Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of engineering consultancy / inspection / structural review services.
- Ability to analyze RFPs documents and define commercial strategy.
- Capability to structure competitive profitable proposals.
- Knowledge of UAE construction market and regulatory landscape.
- Good relationship with Developers, consultant and contractor in UAE.
- Business Requirements
- Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and yearly revenue and margins targets.
- Maintain minimum 5x-10x pipeline coverage
- Increase wallet share within strategic accounts.
- Report weekly sales performance, pipeline movement and blockers
- Support pricing strategy aligned with market positions
